"I hope you'll come back some time"

You couldn't have heard a pin drop in the brim-full gym of University Hill Elementary School in Vancouver last Friday, as more than 250 boys and girls aged from seven to twelve hung on every single word that the guests from far-off Zeulenroda were telling them about the work of the Bauerfeind team at the Olympic Games. No one heard the bell go at the end.

Ready for athletes from all over the wor...

The Olympians can come: in the Olympic villages in Vancouver and Whistler, everything is ready for the guests to move in. And that includes making sure of the medical supplies. "It's just like Christmas"

Germany's Olympians have until February 5 to get kitted out at the military airbase in Erding. The athletes will be given some 60 items of clothing, shoes, bags and accessories for the Games, due to begin February 12, at twelve stalls in a large gymnasium. "It's just like Christmas," said short-track skater Aika Klein as she picked up compression stockings at the Bauerfeind stand.

With less than eight weeks to go before the start of the Winter Games in Canada, they are getting ready to roll at Bauerfeind in Zeulenroda, Germany. Bauerfeind supplies products for athlete...

Bauerfeind AG from Zeulenroda, Thuringia, Germany, is expanding its Olympic involvement. The manufacturer of medical products such as supports, compression stockings and orthopedic insoles is becoming a “Friend of the Games“ for the 2010 Winter Olympic Games in Canada. This means that athletes from all 83 participating nations can be treated with Bauerfeind products if they become injured.
